At Replay Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Replay flagship store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
